Returning Goods

In the event of an item arriving damaged contact must be made to ourselves via email at

sales@scentsandnonsense.co.uk

and we will advise you as to whether a return is necessary, normally within 72 hours.

We request photographic evidence of all damages, please.

If an item is to be returned, it must be sent in its original packaging and 'as new' to our dispatch depot at:

S9 1XT

Please quote your order number (starting with AWD) on all returns and correspondence.

In the event of an item returned to Scents and Nonsense not arriving, we will always as you to provide tracking details or a proof of postage clearly showing the above dispatch depot as the recipient address.

We advise that for customers returning items of high value (£15 or more), the return is sent by registered post and the proof of postage kept in the event of a lost shipment.

If an item(s) is returned to our Dispatch Depot without any written communication, and not in line with our returns procedure, Scents and Nonsense will not compensate for any transport costs incurred.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
